Mission statement
Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Research Center of Tabriz University of Medical Sciences intends to follow the following missions by providing an appropriate mechanism:

Participate in promoting and improving the health of the community and raising the scientific position of the center by creating a suitable research platform for basic and applied research and encouraging teamwork in the field of physical medicine and rehabilitation.
Promoting inter-sectoral and intra-sectoral cooperation and effective communication with other research centers in universities, countries and research centers abroad
Supporting research projects and improving the quantity and quality of research in the field of rehabilitation and geriatrics
Participate in the production and dissemination of knowledge through the publication of scientific books and articles
Providing up-to-date scientific resources and information
Empowering different scientific groups in the field of research by holding the necessary courses and workshops
Attracting and providing the necessary grants for research projects and other research matters
Using research results to improve the provision of community health services
