Welcome to the division of endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism
This center was founded at 2004 as a division of department of internal medicine at the Tabriz university of medical sciences.
Currently it is the major referral center of endocrinology and metabolism in the North–West region of the country and consists of endocrine and metabolism ward, outpatient clinics and endocrine research center, a center for research and clinical studies.
A wide diversity of patients are treated at weekly clinics for pituitary, thyroid, metabolic, bone, diabetes, reproductive and other endocrine disorders.
The division is one of the major fellowship training center in the country. Our clinical fellowship program provides a 2 years advanced training in the field of endocrinology, diabetes and metabolism. This program dedicated to training academic endocrinologist and private practitioners in basic and clinical fields.
